S H I P P I N G
We use DPD to ship both to the UK and Internationally. We will always use sustainable materials to package and post your order.
We will be in touch once your order is ready to ship and then you'll receive an email directly from DPD once it has been collected from us.
Please keep an eye on the tracking via DPD for delivery dates and if you have any problems, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly at info@legatostudio.co.uk
R E T U R N S
If you change your mind and would like to return your order to us, we accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order, however postage charges will apply.
Simply post your order back to us or drop it off at our South London studio. Please get in touch with us via our Get In Touch page to organise the return.
A D A P T A T I O N S
Our lamps can be wired for International orders. Simply add your preferred plug requirements in the notes at checkout and we'll be in touch to confirm your requirements before processing your order.
We also offer bespoke colourations for our lamps. If you have a preferred colour scheme and would like to use a specific paint colour to finish your lamp, please do let us know and we'll organise that for you. Please note that we do not accept returns on bespoke orders.
